Axis Duo MD visit fees are generally non-refundable once an appointment has been booked.
Your payment reserves physician time and covers the physician’s professional evaluation and medical decision-making.
Refunds are not provided because:
• A patient misses an appointment.
• A patient cancels outside the permitted cancellation window.
• A requested medication is not prescribed.
• A prescription or medication refill is determined not to be medically appropriate.
• A patient does not agree with the physician’s recommended treatment plan.
• A condition requires in-person evaluation, laboratory testing, imaging, urgent care, emergency care, or referral to another healthcare professional.
• A specific diagnosis, laboratory order, medication, or treatment is not provided.
Payment for an Axis Duo MD visit does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, medication refill, laboratory order, referral, or specific treatment.
If Axis Duo MD is unable to provide your scheduled visit because of an issue on our end, we will work with you to reschedule the appointment or determine an appropriate resolution.
